Note:
1. Booking amount:
(a) 2BR - 25 lakhs
(b) 3BR - 30 lakhs
(c) 4 BR - 35 lakhs
(d) 5 BR - 40 lakhs
2. Down Payment Price shall be calculated taking 10% rebate on 95% of Basic Price, which is subject to change without notice.
3. Interest Free Security Deposit (IFSD) Rs. 100/- per sq. ft.
4. Stamp Duty/Registration Charges shall be payable along with the last installment based on prevailing rates.
5. One Car Parking bay for 2 Bedroom, Two Car Parking for 3 Bedroom/4 Bedroom & Three Car Parking bays for 5 Bedroom apartments are mandatory.
6. PLC as applicable.
7. Price subject to revision at the sole discretion of the company.
