A) Down Payment Plan
At the time of Booking – 20 % of Sale Value
Within 45 days of Booking – 75 % of Sale Value
At the time of Possession – 5 % of Sale Value + Other Charges + PLC if any
DATE OF POSSESSION – June 2012
One Time Discount in DP Cases will be 18 %.
B) Construction Link Payment Plan
At the time of Booking – 20 % of Total Sales Value
Within 60 days from Booking – 25 % of Total Sales Value
Within 120 days from Booking - 10 % of Total Sales Value
On the start of Ground Floor slab – 10% of Total Sale Value
On the start of Third Floor slab – 10% of Total Sale Value
On the start of Sixth Floor slab – 10% of Total Sale Value
On the start of Eighth Floor slab – 10% of Total Sale Value
On offer of Possession – 5 % of Total Sale Value
Other Terms
• Registry charges and Other Government Charges (as per Government rule) shall be borne by the allottee.
• The payment should be made in favour of “Imperia Structures Limited”.
• Prices are subject to revision at any time without prior notice.
• Other Charges , Car Parking , Plc etc as mentioned above shall be charged over and above the basic price of the unit. |
