Note: -

• External Development Charges (EDC) @ 1589/- per Sq. Yds will be charged extra.
• Infrastructure development Charges (IDC @ Rs. 445/- per Sq. Yds.) & Preferential Location Charges (PLC) will be charged extra:
• One PLC                  - 5% of BSP
• Two PLC                 - 7.5% of BSP
• Registration Charges, Club membership and Interest free Maintenance deposit shall be payable at the time of notice for possession.
• Club Membership                                     - Rs. 2,50,000/-
• Interest free Maintenance deposit              - Rs. 200/- per Sq. Ft.
• Prices are Escalation free but subject to revision/ withdrawal without notice at company’s sole discretion.
