The company would pay charges to the allottee @ Rs. 5/- per sq. ft. per month of the Super Area of the Apartment for any delay attributable to the inability of the Company in the handing over possession of the apartment beyond the committed date. Similarly, the customer would also pay holding charges @Rs. 5/- per sq. ft. per month of the Super Area of the Apartment in case the customer fails to take possession within the time period as mentioned in the notice of possession.
The Maintenance Charges as determined by the Company at the time of offer of possession of the Apartment on the basis of Super Area of the Apartment for a determined period shall be payable in advance before the Possession of the Apartment is handed over.
No extra charges except on account of additional fire safety norms or enhanced External Development Charges (EDC), as stipulated by any Govt. agency.
One covered car parking along with each apartment are compulsory
